Individual Counselling - Full Rate
Individual therapy is a one-on-one counselling process tailored specifically to your unique needs, goals & experiences. It’s a space where you can explore your thoughts & feelings, identify patterns & develop tools to overcome challenges. Our goal is to empower you to find clarity, build resilience & create meaningful change in your life.
Individual Counselling with a Practicum Student Counsellor (1st Session is Free & then $35)
Practicum Student Counsellors are master’s-level students in the final stages of their education, whether in a Master of Counselling (MC) or Master of Social Work (MSW) program. As part of their practicum, they apply their extensive training and academic knowledge in a real-world setting under the close supervision of our licensed and experienced counsellors. These students are passionate about supporting clients and are committed to providing professional, empathetic care.
Rate: $35 per 50 minute session
Best For: Clients who need accessible, low-cost counselling and are comfortable working with supervised practicum students gaining hands-on experience.
Couples Counselling with a Practicum Student Counsellor (1st Session is Free & then $70)
