Individual therapy is a one-on-one counselling process tailored specifically to your unique needs, goals & experiences. Couples Counselling
Relationships can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging aspects of life. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your bond, navigate conflict, or transition through separation, our couples counselling service provides a safe, supportive space to help you & your partner move forward.
Senior Student Counselling ($100 per session)
Senior Student Counsellors have completed their practicum and are awaiting their registration or licensing. These counsellors have already gained hands-on experience and demonstrated their skills during their practicum. They are now in the final stages of their professional journey, offering a wealth of knowledge and insight while continuing to provide affordable counselling services.
Rate: $100 per 50 minute session
Best For: Clients looking for affordable counselling from advanced practicum students who have completed their training and are awaiting registration.
